Welcome to Pet Arabia. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully before using this site. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not access or use this website.
1. Age Restriction
By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Minors must use this website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Placing Orders
- By placing an order through our website, you confirm your intent to purchase the products at the prices listed at the time of your order.
- Prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include applicable taxes as per KSA law. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Payment Details
- During checkout, you will be required to provide valid payment details.
- By submitting your personal and payment information, you agree to allow us to share it with essential third parties, such as payment processors and delivery providers.
- All required fields, including a valid phone number and email address, must be completed.
- You will receive an email confirming your order, along with order details and applicable delivery charges.
4. Order Acceptance
All orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance by Pet Arabia. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
5. Delivery
- Riyadh Deliveries: Orders will be delivered within 3 working days.
- Outside Riyadh: Deliveries may take up to 10 working days.
- If we cannot meet the estimated delivery time, we will notify you as soon as possible with an updated delivery date.
Delivery Conditions:
- If no one is available at the delivery address at the scheduled time, our delivery partner will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
- Products may only be left with a third party (e.g., a driver or housemaid) with your explicit permission.
6. Damaged Items
If any item is found to be damaged upon delivery, you may decline to accept the item. Please notify us immediately, and we will replace it with a new one.
- Note: Once you have accepted delivery and confirmed the items, we cannot process refunds or replacements. Please ensure that everything is in order upon arrival.
7. Product Descriptions
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and other content on our website are accurate and reliable. However, we do not guarantee that this content is error-free, complete, or entirely accurate.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes at the delivery destination.
- If customs charges are not paid, the order will be returned to Pet Arabia, and a refund will be issued after deducting shipping costs and administrative fees.
9. Documentation
Pet Arabia provides standard invoices and packing lists. If additional documentation, specific formats, or notarization is required, these are not included in our service. If unfulfilled, the order will be returned to Pet Arabia, and a refund will be issued after deducting shipping charges and administrative fees.
10. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be canceled as long as shipping has not begun.
- Once goods have been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
11. Product Availability
- In the rare event that a product is unavailable, we will contact you with similar alternatives.
- If we cannot reach you, the order will be shipped without the unavailable item within 3 working days.
12. Legal Restrictions
Some countries may prohibit specific items due to local laws or regulations. While we will do our best to inform you in advance, we recommend verifying with your customs authority before placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for issues arising from such restrictions.
13. Delivery Delays
We strive to ensure timely deliveries. However, unforeseen delays may occur. If so, we will notify you promptly. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding delivery.
14. Orders Outside the GCC Region
If you are located outside the GCC, please email us your order details, and we will provide you with a custom quote.
15. Return Policy (KSA Customers)
- Store credit will be issued for returned items within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be returned to a Pet Arabia store at your expense.
- Products must be new, in their original packaging, and in re-saleable condition.
Note: Food and hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged for health and safety reasons.
16. Tabby Payments
- Orders paid through Tabby must first be canceled before processing any return or exchange.
- Refunds are handled directly by Tabby and will be processed via the original payment method, per their terms and conditions.
- Note: Partial refunds or returns are not accepted for orders placed through Tabby.
