Refund and Exchange policy: Food and hygiene products cannot be exchanged or refunded for health and safety concerns. 3 days for refund and 14 days for an exchange from the date of purchase. Customer must contact Pet Arabia and the product to be exchanged/refunded must be delivered back to Pet Arabia by the customer within the mentioned days. Product must be new with its original package and tags. Promotion terms and conditions will be applied for the return or exchange of those items which were bought while it was in promotion.
This product is used for care and cleaning of the eyes. This is mild cleaner which frees the adjacent areas of the eyes from dirt or dust etc.
Application: Apply the eye care with a cotton-wool and dab onto closed eyelids and adjacent areas. Do not apply pressures.
