Refund and Exchange policy:
Food and hygiene products cannot be exchanged or refunded for health and safety concerns.
3 days for refund  and 14 days for an exchange from the date of purchase.
Customer must contact Pet Arabia and the product to be exchanged/refunded must be delivered back to Pet Arabia by the customer within the mentioned days. Product must be new with its original package and tags.
