Refund and Exchange policy: Food and hygiene products cannot be exchanged or refunded for health and safety concerns. 3 days for refund and 14 days for an exchange from the date of purchase. Customer must contact Pet Arabia and the product to be exchanged/refunded must be delivered back to Pet Arabia by the customer within the mentioned days. Product must be new with its original package and tags. Promotion terms and conditions will be applied for the return or exchange of those items which were bought while it was in promotion.
The round filters are used in the Vortex and Elevated Vortex fountains. Please change your filter 1-2 times per month depending on how many animals are using the bowl.
