Your order will be delivered for FREE if your orders is SR 200 or above. For orders below SR 200, a delivery charge of SR 25 will apply.
For orders within KSA, yes. For International orders we can only accept debit or credit card payments.
Delivery within Riyadh: Takes up to 3 working days.
Delivery outside Riyadh: Takes up to 10 working days.
GCC Orders 10- 15 working days
International Orders 3-4 weeks
However, if we are unable to meet the estimated delivery time, we will notify you of an updated date as soon as possible.

For KSA; We can cancel the order without any charge within 10 min. After 10 min the order will be canceled on the cost of delivery charge of SR 25
For international; If item has already been shipped, we will be unable to accept cancellation.
Please email us your requirements and we will do our best to stock your favorite items.
No problem! Simply ship it back within 3 days of receiving the item and we will be happy to exchange it with another product of equal or lesser value provided the item is in stock. We can’t, however, provide a refund for shipping charges, and it’s not possible for us to cover the shipping costs of sending the item back.
