North States Extra-Wide Wire Mesh Petgate is specially designed for wide openings. The gate pressure mounts easily and securely without the use of hardware. Simply position and lock in place. The sturdy frame surrounds rigid vinyl-coated brown wire mesh panels, which adjust to fit openings 29.5 to 50 inches wide and is an extra-tall 32 inches high. The side bumpers are neutral in color and will not mark walls. Safety and containment all wrapped up in one gate

Assembly Instructions:
1. Measure the width of the opening where your gate will be used.
2. While holding the gate with the locking bar toward you (numbers will be upright), lift the locking bar and slide the locking pin into the slot that matches the opening size.
3. Push down on the locking bar. This should put pressure on the four rubber bumpers holding the gate in place. If the gate is still loose in the opening, move thelocking pin to the next slot until you get a good, solid fit in the opening. Do not force the locking bar down. This could put too much pressure on the gate, causing damage to your opening, the gate, or both. (The locking bar will have a slight bow. However, if the bow is large, ease off one slot, making sure it still has a good, solid hold in the opening).

To open the gate, simply pull up on the locking bar
