Refund and Exchange policy: Food and hygiene products cannot be exchanged or refunded for health and safety concerns. 3 days for refund and 14 days for an exchange from the date of purchase. Customer must contact Pet Arabia and the product to be exchanged/refunded must be delivered back to Pet Arabia by the customer within the mentioned days. Product must be new with its original package and tags. Promotion terms and conditions will be applied for the return or exchange of those items which were bought while it was in promotion.

To make the first search easier for the animal, the treats can be sprinkled loosely on the sisal fibers. To increase the level of difficulty, simply hide the goodies deeper between the individual strands of sisal. Once all the treats have been found, there are two options:
-the sniffer board is refilled and the exciting search continues -the game ends positively, for example with a pet. The sniffing board is then put aside, because if the animal does not find a reward despite great efforts, it may lose interest.
